Demonstrated here is the first of two primary "blueprints" for the RockBox Destroyer line of pro pedalboards. This design allows for a looper/true bypass box to be used at the front of the board without sacrificing space on the first row of pedals.
See descriptions below the image.

This photo demonstrates some of the fundamental elements of the design:
- The wah / volume platform (right side in this picture) is completely flat, since these pedals become more difficult to use on an inclined board.
- The segment of the board which will be home to the regular pedals is slightly inclined (5-7 degrees) to offer a more comfortable, ergonomic approach to these pedals. Visibility of these pedals is also increased, since they are facing the guitarist.
- There is, and will be a second-level tier present on every Destroyer board built. The reason for this is two-fold. First, the two-level approach provides a much easier method for reaching the second row of pedals. It drastically reduces the distance between the guitarist and the second row of pedals. Secondly, having a 2nd level tier greatly increases the amount of usable space on the pedalboard. If you notice, there is space underneath the 2nd level for cables, power supplies, accessories, DI boxes, etc.
- The front row(s) of pedal surface on the left side of this board is divided into strips. This allows for routing cables underneath the board surface. The 2nd level surface, as well as the two gray surfaces on this pedalboard are removable to aid in the setup process.
